You have 30 days from the date of purchase to cancel or return your order.
Unwanted items can be returned for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Some items are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as single issue comics and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on certain jewellery items such as ear rings/studs. Gift cards and downloadable products are also exempt.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Returning Online Purchases
If you wish to return an item purchased online, please email us at email@example.com or call us on 0113 243 6461 and quote your surname and order number to confirm the returns process. Our postal address for returns is:

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return, and we will also notify of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 days.
We ask that the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning an unwanted item. If the items delivered were damaged or incorrect, Travelling Man will pay the shipping costs.
Returning In-store Purchases
If you wish to return an item purchased in-store, please return the item to your local store within 30 days with your sales receipt. We may not be able to accept returns without a valid receipt. Your refund or exchange will be processed immediately by a member of our team.
